BIOGRAPHY
With an exceptional reputation backed by 35 five-star Google reviews and the 2025 Arizona Daily Star Reader’s Choice Favorite, Paul Tosca has established himself as one of Southern Arizona’s leading golf instructors. Having delivered over 5,100 lessons, Paul is dedicated to helping golfers of all skill levels improve through a combination of advanced technology, biomechanics, and mental performance coaching.
Paul is a proud member of the esteemed Proponent Group, a national network of top golf instructors, and has been recognized as a Top Instructor by Lessons.com and Thumbtack. His expertise includes advanced certifications in TrackMan, Smart2Move ground reaction force analysis, Sportsbox Studio 3D motion capture, and golf swing biomechanics, allowing him to diagnose swing inefficiencies with exceptional precision.
Paul holds Level 1 and Level 2 certifications in Smart2Move, specializing in the analysis of ground reaction forces, one of the most important yet misunderstood elements of the golf swing. He also holds Level 1 and Level 2 Sportsbox Studio certifications, enabling him to analyze a golfer’s kinematic movement patterns in 3D and compare them to elite tour-level benchmarks.
In addition to technical instruction, Paul is a past certified FlowCode Golf Master Coach, helping players develop the mental skills necessary to perform under pressure and enjoy the game more consistently. Through this holistic approach—combining biomechanics, advanced technology, and mental performance training—Paul has helped thousands of golfers achieve lasting improvement.
Paul is the owner and Head Coach of Good 2 Great Golf Indoor Training Academy in Tucson, Southern Arizona’s premier indoor golf performance facility featuring TrackMan launch monitors, Smart2Move 3D force plates, Sportsbox Studio motion capture, and advanced training technology.

NEW STUDENTS BEGIN
WITH A SWING ASSESSMENT
New students begin their journey with a one-on-one session with their swing coach to outline their goals and evaluate their swing. Using advanced Trackman technology, we analyze essential club and ball data to provide accurate, actionable insights. This process pinpoints the root causes of frustration and uncovers key areas for improvement.
By the end of the session, every student walks away with a personalized game plan for long-term progress and a Trackman screencast video of their assessment results to track their journey.
