A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Good 2 Great Golf LLC, Titleist/Acushnet Company, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible to participate or win. Promotion is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Arizona residents are eligible to participate, provided the Promotion is operated in accordance with A.R.S. § 13-3301 et seq. regarding legal sweepstakes and promotions.

2. Sponsor
Good 2 Great Golf LLC, 6468 North Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85704. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Titleist/Acushnet Company.

3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on Friday, August 15 at 9:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends on Sunday, September 14 at 5:00 PM MT (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. During the Promotion Period, all participants must email Customersupport@good2greatgolf.net expressing their desire to participate and agree to the rules. Once the request is received, the participant will be sent an invitation and time to participate in the Trackman “Hit It” Long Drive Challenge at Good 2 Great Golf.

Competition Format:
• Each participant will have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to hit 6 drives onto a 60-yard wide fairway.
• A drive must finish within the fairway boundaries to be considered a valid attempt.
• Men’s Division: The top 5 male participants who hit a valid drive over 250 yards will qualify for the final prize drawing.
• Women’s Division: The top 5 female participants who hit a valid drive over 200 yards will qualify for the final prize drawing.
• If fewer than 5 eligible participants meet the qualifying distances in either division, the Sponsor may adjust the qualification criteria at its sole discretion.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Titleist Driver (model GT2 and specifications to be determined by Good 2 Great Golf). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $649. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

6. Winner Selection and Odds
Following the close of the competition, all eligible qualifiers (top 5 men and top 5 women) will be entered into a random drawing conducted by Sponsor. One (1) winner will be selected at random from among the eligible finalists.
Odds of qualifying for the drawing depend on the number of participants meeting the performance requirements. Odds of winning the prize once qualified are 1 in the total number of finalists (up to 1 in 10 if 10 finalists).

7. Winner Notification
Winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Failure to respond within the stated time frame or return required documents will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Good 2 Great Golf LLC, Titleist/Acushnet Company, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law.

11. Disputes
All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Pima County, Arizona. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.
