Passionate about the power of a consistent strength training routine, Mary Ellen helps others build the foundation they need to lead healthy, active lives – especially as they age.  Fitness became Mary Ellen’s passion following the birth of her fourth child. What began with Tae Kwon Do—a discipline in which she holds a 4th degree black belt—evolved into a career dedicated to strengthening movement and helping others thrive. Today, with over 20 years of experience, she is a multi-disciplinary coach who blends the principles of kettlebells, functional strength, and mat Pilates to empower her clients to move with confidence and ease.

A few years ago, Mary Ellen discovered a new passion in golf. Noticing very quickly that strength, balance, and body awareness enhanced her game, she realized these advantages were the direct result of a consistent strength training routine. Now, she is excited to merge her extensive fitness background with specialized golf fitness knowledge to guide clients toward their goals, whether on the fairway or in the game of life.

Her favorite quote:

You can be anything you want… but you must be strong first.
